The shop confirms
You get a message when your shop accepts. Then you can pay.
Collect
We tell you when it has arrived. Show your order code at the shop.

If an item comes later and the price went up, you still pay what you ordered at. If it went down, you pay less.
You choose when stock is short
Remove the item or take a substitute. We never swap without asking.
Easy returns
Return within 7 days (1 day for fresh produce) for store credit, or a refund if you ask.
