Terms

These terms apply when you use RMK Retail, the shop and app of RMK Industries (Pty) Ltd t/a RMK Retail.

Ordering

• Prices include VAT. The price you see when you order is the price you pay; if an item comes later and the price went up, you still pay what you ordered at, and if it went down, you pay less.
• Your collection shop approves each customer order. You pay only after the shop accepts it: by card or EFT through PayFast, or in cash when you collect.
• An order the shop does not answer in time is declined, and nothing is charged.

Collecting and returns

• Show your order code at the shop when you collect.
• Returns follow the return periods shown in the app; you get store credit, or a refund if you ask.

Shop owners, sales reps and suppliers

Shop owners, sales reps and suppliers also agree to the agreement they sign with RMK. A stock facility is subject to approval, and its full terms are given before you sign.
