What you will see
You see each rating and its reason, never who gave it. Producer home also shows your share of grade A, your rejection rate and Ready for big retail: when every point has a tick, talk to RMK about selling to big shops. Once a month you may be asked Would you recommend RMK?: tap a number from 0 to 10.
If something goes wrong
- No ratings yet. Shops rate you only after a delivery.
- You think a rating is unfair. Write one polite public reply, or ask RMK.
- You can reply only once. Think before you send your reply.
