Do this when RMK says a product needs a paper, or when a paper is about to run out. Fresh vegetables need no papers. Packed food, for example atchar or jam, needs a Certificate of Acceptability.

Tap Documents in the menu. A red box shows what is Still needed.

Under Upload a document, choose the Document type.

Type the number on the paper and the date it runs out.

Choose the file: a photo or a PDF, 10 MB at most.

Tap the cyan Upload button.
What you will see
The paper shows in the list. RMK checks it, and it changes to Approved or Rejected with the reason. You are warned 30 days before a paper runs out.
If something goes wrong
- The paper was rejected. Read the reason under it, fix it and upload it again.
- The file is too big. Take a new photo, a little further away.
- "expires soon". Get the new paper and upload it before the date.
