Do this when RMK asks you to check shelf prices at a big store nearby (Boxer, Shoprite, Checkers, Pick n Pay or Spar).

Tap My price checks in the menu. You see the store and the date to finish by.

Tap Start next to the price check. The scanner opens. It works in the store without signal.

Scan the barcode on the shelf, or choose the product from the list.

Type the shelf price. If the product is on promotion, type the promotion price too.

If the store does not have the product, tick Not stocked.

When you have signal again, open the price check and tap the cyan Submit the price check button.
What you will see
The prices you sent show on the price check. RMK staff check and approve it. If RMK has set a payment for price checks, it goes on your commission statement and is paid with your monthly payout.
If something goes wrong
- "No price check for you at the moment". RMK has not given you a price check yet.
- The prices did not send. Keep the scanner open until you have signal again. It sends them by itself.
- A price is marked "flagged". It is very different from the last price. Check the shelf again if you can.
