Look at this month: how many orders you accepted, how fast you answered, instalments paid on time, and orders not collected.
What you will see
Customers see your shop's stars only when your shop has 5 ratings, and never with names. Once a month RMK may ask Would you recommend RMK?: tap a number from 0 to 10.
If something goes wrong
- There are no ratings yet Customers can rate an order for 7 days after they collect it.
