| Cart | The list of things you want to buy. |
| Checkout | The page where you say where you collect and how you pay. |
| Approve | The shop says yes to your order. On the screen it says the shop accepts your order. |
| PIN | A secret number. Do not tell anyone. |
| Collection PIN | The 4-digit number you give the shop when you collect. Each order has its own PIN. |
| Order number | The number of your order, like RMK-2026-000123. |
| Stock facility | Money RMK lends to shops to buy stock. You do not need it. |
| Quote | A price RMK gives before it buys. For More products, RMK tells you the price first. |
| Special | A lower price for this week. It shows the date it ends and the Normally price. |
| App only | A special price only when you order yourself on the phone, up to a limit per customer. |
| Price from <date> | A product label, for example "Price from 3 Oct 2026": the product keeps an older price. If RMK buys it for less, you pay less. |
| Voucher | Money to spend at RMK. You get one every December. |
| Store credit | Money RMK owes you, for example for an item that did not come. It pays part of your next order. |
| EFT | Paying from your bank account into RMK's bank account. |
| PayFast | Paying on the phone with a bank card or instant EFT. |
| Ready for collection | Your groceries are at the shop. Go and collect them. |
