| PIN | A secret number of 4 to 6 digits. |
| Stock facility | Money RMK lends a shop to buy stock. The shop pays it back. |
| Quote | A price RMK gives a shop before the shop buys. |
| Route | Your trip for the day: the shops to visit, in order. |
| Load | Putting the crates into the van at the depot. |
| Scanner | The page on your phone that reads the code on a crate with the camera. |
| Delivery PIN | The shop owner's own PIN. The owner types it on your phone to say "I got my crates". |
| Cash on delivery | The shop pays you in cash when you bring the goods. |
| Receipt | Proof that the shop paid. It has a number like CR-2026-00001. |
