What you will see
Recommended selling price is what the shop should sell it for. Similar products in the app shows what shops pay for similar products, from lowest to highest, with no names. RMK's fees come off what RMK pays you: 9.5% for RMK, 5% if a sales rep supports you, and for transport: through a drop-off point 10% + 3%; you deliver yourself, nothing more; RMK collects 6% + the extra cost of the trip. Example: your price is R20. You receive R14.50 through a drop-off point, R17.10 when you deliver, and R15.90 less the trip cost when RMK collects.
If something goes wrong
- "RMK has not added your products yet". Ask RMK.
- Goods that are not grade A are refused. Grade B is a separate offer at its own price. Ask RMK to add a grade B offer.
- A product shows "Not on sale". Ask RMK why.
