Do this when your price changes. A new price starts at least 3 days later, so shops know before it changes.

Tap My products and offers in the menu.

Under the product, type the New price (R) and the From date.

Tap the white Change the price button.

To change many prices at once, tap My price list in the menu.

Tap the white Download my price list (CSV) button and change the prices in the file.

Choose the file and the start date, then tap the cyan Upload prices button.
What you will see
The new price shows under the product until it starts. Orders already placed keep their old price. Your prices compete with wholesalers for every order: the cheapest wins. There is no extra preference for local suppliers, and rebates are not counted.
If something goes wrong
- "A new price can start on … at the earliest". Choose a later From date.
- "Not changed". The list shows each refused line and why. Only your approved products can be priced.
- Back orders. Goods still owed from an old order are paid at the lower of the old and the new price.
