When an order is worth R5,000 or more, RMK opens a tender for 36 hours. You are asked only for products you are approved for.

Tap the cyan Bid button next to the tender.

Look at the Price to beat for the whole order.

For each product, type your price and how much you can supply.

Tap the cyan Submit bid button.
What you will see
Your bid shows Sent. You can change it until the tender closes. Other suppliers never see your price, and you never see theirs. After the tender you are told if you won. Tender orders are paid monthly by EFT, with a statement.
If something goes wrong
- "No tenders yet". You are asked only when RMK needs your products and your review is approved.
- "Bids are closed". The 36 hours are over. Wait for the next tender.
- You do not supply a product. Leave that line empty.
