Do this if RMK set you up to bring goods to a drop-off point. You bring them at your own cost.
- On Producer home, look at Expected from you: plan your supply to see what to bring, where and when.

Tap Drop-offs in the menu.

Under Book a drop-off, choose the drop-off point and the date, then tap the cyan Book button.

Take your goods to the shop on the booked date. The shop weighs or counts them, grades them and takes photos.

Type your Hand-over PIN on the shop's phone, in Producer's PIN.

The shop types its PIN and taps Confirm the drop-off.
What you will see
You get a message with the drop-off number (DRC-…) and its value. From then, the accepted goods belong to RMK. Drop-offs shows every drop-off with its grades, weights and photos. Drop-offs on or before the booked date count as on time.
If something goes wrong
- Goods were refused. Rotten, old or damaged goods go back with you and are not paid. Fresh produce older than 14 days is refused. Other goods need at least 30 days before the date on the pack.
- "The producer's PIN is not right". Type your PIN again, slowly. Forgot it? Set a new one on Hand-over PIN.
- The shop cannot start a drop-off for you. Your review or a paper may be missing or late. Look at Documents.
