When you see Rate your shops, tap it.

For each shop, tap 1 to 5 stars. 5 stars means very good.

If you give 1 or 2 stars, choose or type the reason.

Type a comment if you want to.

Tap the cyan Send my rating button.
What you will see
RMK gets your rating. The shop never sees who gave it. Once a month you may also be asked Would you recommend RMK?: tap a number from 0 to 10.
If something goes wrong
- The rating will not send. A reason is needed for 1 or 2 stars. Add a reason and tap Send my rating again.
- You do not see Rate your shops. RMK asks only once a month. Wait for the next month.
- You made a mistake. Ask RMK.
