| Approve | RMK or a shop says yes to something, for example your new account. |
| PIN | A short secret number. Never tell anyone your PIN. |
| Stock facility | Credit from RMK that lets a shop take stock now and pay later. |
| Quote | A price that RMK or a supplier offers before you buy. |
| Referral code | Your own short code. Customers who sign up with it are linked to you. |
| QR code | A square picture. A phone camera can read it and open your sign-up page. |
| Commission | The money you earn on your customers' paid orders. |
| Collection PIN | The secret number a customer needs to collect an order at the shop. |
| Local supplier | A farmer or small maker in the area who sells to the shops through RMK. |
| Scorecard | Your results for the month, for example how many customers ordered. |
