What you will see
You see only your own scorecard for each month. You do not see the rating of each single purchase order. Fill rate means how much of what RMK ordered you delivered. RMK looks at the scorecard when it chooses suppliers. Once a month RMK may also ask you Would you recommend RMK? Choose a number from 0 to 10.
If something goes wrong
- The scorecard is empty. You have no purchase orders for that month yet.
- You think a mark is wrong. Call RMK with the PO number.
- Your fill rate is low. Deliver everything on each purchase order. Short goods lower it.
