| Word | What it means |

| Cart | The list of goods a shop or customer wants to buy, before paying. |
| Checkout | The last page, where a shop or customer pays for the goods in the cart. |
| Approve | RMK staff check something and say yes, for example your price list. |
| PIN | A secret number of 4 to 6 digits. Shops use it to say "yes, I got my goods". |
| Stock facility | Money RMK lends a shop to buy stock. The shop pays it back. |
| Quote | A price RMK gives a shop before the shop buys. |
| Price list | Your prices for the week. RMK uses them to buy from you. |
| Tender | RMK asks wholesalers for prices for a big order. The best whole offer wins. |
| Bid | Your prices for a tender. No other wholesaler can see them. |
| Purchase order (PO) | RMK's order to you, with a number like PO-2026-00045. |
| Short supply | You delivered less than the purchase order asked for. Short goods are not paid. |
| Scorecard | Your marks for the month: how complete and how correct your deliveries were. |
