Ask for a product we do not have

Do this when you cannot find a product.

1. Search for the product on the Products page. If nothing is found, tap the cyan Can't find it? Ask us button. It is also on More products.

2. Type the product name, the brand and the size.

3. Type how many you want and how often.

4. If you like, add a photo or the barcode.

5. If you are not signed in, type your cellphone number and tick the privacy box.

6. Tap the cyan Ask RMK button.

What you will see

RMK looks for a supplier and tells you the price before it buys. When there is an offer, tap the cyan Confirm button. Offers you do not confirm are removed after 24 hours.

If something goes wrong

• You did not hear back Send RMK a WhatsApp with the product name.
