Do this only when the scanner shows Record cash for the shop. It shows when RMK allowed the shop to pay cash for its goods.

On the shop's Deliver page, find Record cash.

Take the cash from the shop and count it.

Type the amount you received.

Tap the cyan Record cash button.

Give the shop the receipt number shown, for example CR-2026-00001.

Back at RMK, hand in all the cash.
What you will see
The receipt number shows on the screen. It works without signal: the scanner keeps the cash record and sends it once when the phone is back online. It is never counted twice.
If something goes wrong
- The scanner shows "waiting to send". You have no signal. The receipt number shows once it is sent. Give it to the shop then, or the shop sees it later.
- You tapped Record cash twice. That is fine. The cash is counted only once.
- The shop pays a different amount. Type the amount you really got, and call RMK.
