After the tender closes

Do this after the closing time, to see if you won.

1. Tap Tenders in the bottom bar.

2. Tap the tender number.

3. Read the message at the top of the page.

4. If you won, tap the purchase order number in the message.

What you will see

First the page says Bids are closed and being evaluated. Later it says You have been awarded with your purchase order and the lots you won, or Thank you for your bid. It was not selected this time.

If something goes wrong

• You want to change your bid after closing. You cannot. Bids are locked when the tender closes.
• The page says the tender was cancelled. No purchase order will come for it.
• You won but see no purchase order. Look under Purchase orders awarded to you on Supplier home. If it is not there, call RMK.
